Marry your friend!

Before my husband and I got into a relationship, we were very good friends.

I’d stay up late chatting with him and we would talk about anything and everything with no strings attached. As we kept communicating with each other, we discovered that we had many things in common and we gradually became fond of each other and looked forward to each other’s company. This lasted for at least six months before we decided to be in a relationship.

Today, many ladies accept to go into a relationship with a guy they barely know with the hope of developing friendship later. Unfortunately, one thing leads to another, s€x is involved and by the time they discover the person does not share their values, they find it difficult to break up because they have given their bodies!

Others go into the relationship pretending to be who they are not and show their true colours in marriage which becomes a disaster.

Don’t fall into this trap!

Develop friendship first before getting into a relationship. Through this, you both would discover each other’s values and true character without any pressure or need to impress each other.

Friendship is one of the key ingredients for an enjoyable marriage!
